I have never used "OK Google", It's the microphone in the search box that when hovered on says "Search by Voice" on the Google search page in Google Chrome I'm talking about. I've only had this laptop since about January, but it was working; and now it must be (seems like) 3 weeks or more it hasn't worked, I'm not really sure.
